Hope for Salvation

David says in Psa 119:166 – “YHVH, I hope for Your salvation,
And I do Your commandments.”

שִׂבַּרְתִּי לִֽישׁוּעָתְךָ יְהוָה וּֽמִצְוֹתֶיךָ עָשִֽׂיתִי

Do you see that bold word in the Hebrew? It says: lee’shuat’cha, which means “in Your salvation” or “in Your Yeshua”. Yeshua, the original name of our Messiah, that His mother would have called Him (as opposed to “Jesus”), literally means “salvation of Yah”, so all through the bible when you come to the word “salvation”, know that is a derivative of your Messiah’s name! Right there, scattered all throughout your bible, in the Hebrew!

All that to say, through these dark days we are entering, we MUST keep our eyes on Yeshua. Our salvation. We must hang on to the hope of His return. If you are a witness of Yeshua and of the Word of Eloheim (Genesis through Deuteronomy) then you can be assured that you are not forgotten. If you are like me and were taught that the Law/Torah was done away with, it is not too late to turn back to the Father and His path. You are still breathing! But do not tarry. As Yeshua says, Go and sin no more.

Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Yeshua.

Rev 14:12

Sometimes it may seem that the Father may be off doing some other thing in another world, not aware that pure evil is running rampant in this world. That He may have forgotten to send His angels to bring us back under His protection while He cleans up this filthy world, but everything is in His timing. The ugly, poisonous snakes have almost come completely out of their holes, exposing their thin, transparent skin for the final blow. Meanwhile, we wait. Patiently, calmly, recognizing the wiles of the snakes and their trickery. Having the Word of our Father and the promises of our Messiah as our anchor. Firmly set in our Rock. Take heart, friend. YHVH sees all. He knows your trouble. He sees you struggling. His Word is our lamp. The place we can look when all around us is darkness. Stand firm.

Stand still, and see the salvation (et-Yeshua’t) of YHVH…

Exodus 14:13b

This post wasn’t as much about our exodus, per-se, but a friend is going through a hard time right now and it felt more important to encourage. 💕

In conclusion, I would like to share a small, catchy phrase that Torah readers all over the globe say upon the completion of each of the 5 books of Moses. It goes – Chazak, chazak, v’neet’chazak! Which means: Be strong, be strong and let us strengthen one another! Each of us need encouragement every once-in-awhile. 💪😘

חזק, חזק ונתחזק!

Old Hebrew chant that says: Chazak, chazak, v’neet’chazak. “Be strong, be strong and let us strengthen one another!”

Shalom, b’shem Yeshua haMashiach

It's not about me, it's about my Father, His holy, unchanging Word, Yeshua made flesh! No ear tickling here. (And maybe a couple of posted recipes that I've been unable to find online elsewhere. 😉)
