Shalom friends. If you will turn in your bibles to Lev 25:10, a treasure will be revealed to you. The verse reads:
‘And you shall consecrate (את) the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you shall return to his family.' - Lev 25:10
Do you see the highlighted Alef Tav following “consecrate”? That word is in the original Hebrew verse but since it is not translatable the translators omit it; but therein lies our treasure. Yeshua tells us four times in Revelation that He is the Alef Tav (1:8, 1:11, 21:6 & 22:13), but very few realize it because the translators changed it to the Greek alpha and omega, thereby hiding these treasures for two millinea.
There are hyphenated aleph tavs and there are unhyphenated, or stand-alone, Aleph Tavs and it is these stand-alone Alef Tavs that I bring to people’s attention.
This verse of Lev 25:10 literally says in the original Hebrew to consecrate/set apart as holy/sanctify Yeshua, and the verse also says to set apart as holy Yeshua the 50th year; but we will just concentrate on sanctifying Yeshua for now, because Yeshua hints at this in John 17. Please turn there. Starting in John 17:17, Yeshua starts speaking about sanctification of His disciples, but look what He says in John 17:19:
In verse 17, He asks the Father to set apart His disciples as holy by the Father’s truth and continues by stating that the Father’s word (Torah) is truth.
Yeshua is our spotless example. Our goal of righteousness. In conclusion, John, the Apostle Yeshua loves, can have the last word:
1Jo 3:4 - Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness (Torahlessness), and sin is lawlessness. 1Jo 3:5 - And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin.
1Jo 3:6 - Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him.
1Jo 3:7 - Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous.
1Jo 3:8 - He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.
1Jo 3:9 - Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.
1Jo 3:10 - In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother."
