Jeremiah 38:16 hides a very special treasure in the Hebrew. The verse in the English reads:
So Zedekiah the king swore secretly to Jeremiah, saying, “As the LORD lives, who made our very souls, I will not put you to death, nor will I give you into the hand of these men who seek your life.” - Jer 38:16 NKJV
Jeremiah 38:16 reads in Hebrew:

Take a close look at the highlighted words. Do you recognize any of them? The word – יהוה – is the name of YHVH. The name that the translators changed to “the LORD” (all capitals) in your bible. The word – את – is ET, our Aleph Tav, which represents Yeshua according to Rev 1:8, 1:11, 21:6 & 22:13. Lasty, the word – חי – is chai and means “life, living, alive”. (The “ch” sounds like the gutteral sound in “Bach”, not like the “ch” in cheese.) All together, this little snippet says, literally:

So our verse literally should read:
So Zedekiah the king swore secretly to Jeremiah, saying, “As YHVH ET (Yeshua) lives, who made our very souls, I will not put you to death, nor will I give you into the hand of these men who seek your life.” - Jer 38:16
The context of this verse reminds me of a verse in John, chapter 1:

May these treasures enrich your souls and bring you ever closer to our Messiah Yeshua. 💕
