You have no doubt heard of Yeshua as the lion of Judah from this verse in Revelation:
Rev 5:5 - But one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep. Behold, the lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and to loose its seven seals.”
But, believe it or not, the first time Yeshua is referred to the Lion of El is in Judges 3:9, hidden from all translations except Hebrew. The English verse reads:
When the children of Israel cried out to YHVH, YHVH raised up a deliverer for the children of Israel, who delivered them: Othniel the son of Kenaz, Caleb’s younger brother. – Judges 3:9
Nothing too spectacular there. But if you look up the name Othniel in the Strong’s concordance you would discover that his name means “lion of El” from H6273 עתני and H410 אל.
The Hebrew verse reads:

Do you see it? Yeshua, represented by the Alef Tav אֵ֚ת next to Othniel which, broken down into the Hebrew meaning is “lion of El” and Othniel is from Judah! Not to mention that the word in front of the Aleph Tav which means “delivered them” has the same root word as Yeshua ישוע! The Lion of El, the Lion of Judah is our deliverer too!!I
I love this witness!
Be blessed as you bless YHVH! 💕
