An amazing thing happens in Jer 38:16 in the Hebrew that some want to keep secret, but it is time for all Alef Tav secrets to be revealed! The verse reads in English (with the Aleph Tav reinserted):
The reason I say that some want to keep it secret is because at the bottom of my page in my Bible there is a note to write the אֵת when copying the verse, but not to read the אֵת aloud.
