In Jeremiah 6:11, we have a stand-alone Alef Tav with a vav (וְאֵת) at the very beginning of the Hebrew verse. As mentioned before, it seems that the Alef Tavs with a vav refer to Yeshua’s second coming, whereas the ones without the vav refer to His first coming. Here is the whole verse in
